PLEASE READ through my following policies before booking - Thank you! $30 Non Refundable Deposit will be collected upon booking. Remaining balance are accepted via Tap to Pay - Credit or Debit, Cash, Zelle or Apple Pay There is a 10 minute late grace period, anything after 10 minutes will be an additional $10 late fee. Anything after 15 minutes will result in cancellation and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. If you need to cancel / reschedule your appointment please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment - your deposit will only be able to go toward one rescheduled appointment. Deposit will be forfeited & your card on file will be charged 50% of your service if any cancellations or rescheduled appointments within 48 hours. In the event of a no call-no show, the card on file will be charged 50% of the remaining balance. No refunds will be issued for any deposits or services. Unhappy or experiencing any reactions? Contact me within 48 hours after your appointment to resolve any issues at no cost. Refills are every 2-3 weeks (14-21 days) Anything past 3 weeks will be considered a full set. Must have 40% of extensions on both eyes after I remove outgrowns to be considered a fill. No foreign refills, please book a removal + full set. Any late appointments after 6pm will be an additional late fee of $15 To provide the best lash experience possible please refrain from having any makeup or oil based products when coming to your lash appointment. Clean Lashes = Better Retention If you wear contact lenses, highly recommend removing prior to your lash appointment. Please avoid any caffeinated beverages to avoid jitters and twitching eyelids. Cancellation Policy
