DEPOSITS $25 Non-Refundable Deposit Required Upon Booking Zelle or ApplePay: (650)771-3073 For your remaining balance I accept CASH ONLY on the day of your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel / reschedule your appointment please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Deposit will be forfeited if any cancellations or rescheduled appointments within 48 hours and will result in a new deposit to reschedule. Your deposit will only be able to go toward one rescheduled appointment. I extend a 10 minute grace period if you are running late. Anything after 10 minutes may be canceled and will require a new deposit to reschedule. No refunds will be issued for any deposits or services unless an appointment is cancelled by me. Unhappy or experiencing any reactions? Contact me within 48 hours after your appointment to resolve any issues. If any allergic reactions occur, please contact me ASAP and you will be accommodated with a free removal. To provide the best lash experience possible please refrain from having any makeup or oil based products when coming to your lash appointment. Clean Lashes = Better Retention If you wear contact lenses, highly recommended to remove prior to your lash appointment. Cancellation Policy
Deposits are Non-Refundable! I understand things happen unexpectedly in life, but due to fairness in my business I ask that if you need to reschedule, please do so 24 hours before your scheduled appointment!
In the event of a no call-no show, the card on file will be charged 50% of the remaining balance.
Any cancellations or rescheduling must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours & same day cancellations will result in a new deposit to reschedule.
